Service Description
Give your body the space it's been asking for. This extended yin yoga and yoga nidra experience is designed to gently guide your nervous system out of constant activation and into a state of deep rest and restoration. Through long, supported yin postures, you'll begin to release layers of physical tension while signaling safety to the body. From there, you'll be guided into yoga nidra - a meditative practice often described as "yogic sleep" - where the body rests deeply as the mind remains softly aware. Rooted in the yogic understanding that true restoration happens when we move beyond effort, this practice invites you to shift from doing into being. In this space, the nervous system can regulate naturally, the breath softens, and a deeper sense of balance begins to emerge. A slow, grounding journey back to calm, presence, and inner steadiness.
