An invitation to follow whatever the body feels like doing in the moment. It might get a bit messy. A bit wild. Probably fun. Think less “doing it right” and more just moving, reacting , going with it. Permission to be wild. We’re not separate from nature anyway. Same instincts, same impulses. So this is a space to lean into that. Move how you want. Take up space. No pressure. No performance. Just a really good, honest dance. We gather. We move. We dance.
