This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your essence through somatic movement, intuitive dance, and embodied presence. It’s designed to help you return to the deep rhythm that lives in your bones, your breath, and your body’s natural expression. We’ll move beyond form, beyond thinking, and into the deeper rhythm that lives within. Let the Dance arise as it desires, raw, real, and unfiltered. Free from choreography. Free from performance. Simply: presence, sensation, and deep listening. This is a calling for anyone who feels a quiet pull to move, to feel, and to reconnect with themselves. You don’t need experience in dance or somatics, just a curious heart.
