Service Description

This Sunday Church gathering explores the art of calming the nervous system through a somatic and embodied lens. The nervous system is the body’s inner communication network — continuously translating experience into sensation, emotion, and thought. When under constant stimulation, it can remain in heightened states of alertness or fatigue. Through somatic awareness, breath, and gentle movement, the body learns to shift toward safety, softness, and connection. This session offers a grounding combination of nervous system education, breathwork, slow yoga, and reflective journaling — simple practices that can be integrated into everyday life to support balance, clarity, and presence. A two-hour space for stillness, restoration, and embodied understanding.
