Come into a shared space of dance. A gentle journey where soul meets body, and movement grows from sensation. For this Sunday Church we’ll explore the theme of the inner tides - the natural waves that move through us. Breath coming and going. Energy rising, softening, shifting. The small rhythms inside that quietly shape how the body wants to move. Through simple somatic invitations we listen to those tides and see where they take us. A space for curiosity, for play, for letting the dance unfold in its own way. Sunday Church. We gather. We move. We dance.
