Service Description
Through simple somatic invitations we listen to body's rhythm and see where it takes us. We honor shared space - the floor that carries us, the air between us, the rhythms we attune to. Movement grows from sensation. Connection unfolds within the body, with space, with others. This is a two-hour somatic dance journey held with care, choice, and warmth. An invitation to arrive, to listen, to move in ways that feel honest and supportive. No performance. No expectation. Just embodied presence, shared rhythm, and being human together.
