Service Description
Soft Flow classes, with their calm pace, focus on gently opening the body through a soft asana practice, relaxing stretches, and deepening into the breath – helping to calm the nervous system. The class often begins with a short practice of pranayama (breathing), moving through a gentle vinyasa infused with restorative yoga, and finishing with a long shavasana and guided meditation. This is the perfect class for unwinding your mind and releasing stress and tension from your body. Physical challenge: Soft The class suits everyone, whether you’re a first-timer or you've been practicing for a long time.
