In the midst of this overwhelming flow of information, noise, and constant input, how do we find ourselves beneath it all? You should do this. Be like that. Believe in this. Eat like those. But what if we don’t need to constantly find ourselves, our thing, or our way to be? What if we could let ourselves be exactly where we are even when that means being lost, or being with the uncomfortableness? Shake the Dust is an invitation to move through what is here, in this moment. Move with anger, sadness, happiness, or frustration. With some shake, dance, release, and movement. To be here with what is. From movement and release, we move into a sound bath creating a moment to slow down, soften, and turn inward. This is for you to be you. No performance. No need to figure anything out. Messiness all the way and under.
