Service Description

This workshop is an introduction of pranayama - exploring breath and life force. Often described as a controlled expansion of life force energy, pranayama invites us to move beyond unconscious breathing and into a more aware and intentional relationship with the breath. We'll begin by exploring foundational techniques to reconnect with the natural breath and gently unlock the full capacity of the lungs. Through simple, accessible practices, you'll learn how to breathe more efficiently, creating a sense of space, ease, and stability in the body. From there, we'll move into traditional yogic breathing techniques, allowing you to experience how different patterns of breath can influence your energy, focus, and state of mind as well as regulate the nervous system. This workshop offers a space to slow down, deepen your awareness, and reconnect with the subtle flow of energy within.
