Small weights and other props are used in class to intensify the Pilates burn and further challenge your body. At K17 Yoga, mat-based Pilates classes offer a balanced mix of traditional Pilates methods and modern Pilates. The focus is on activating and strengthening the deep muscles of the body. This energizing workout leaves you feeling the burn in your body and a smile on your face. The guidance is warm and relaxed, and every participant is encouraged to challenge and strengthen their body at their own level.

Alle 12 h ennen tuntia perutuista tunneista / ilmoittamattomista poissaoloista voimme perua tunnin hinnan tai vähentää tämän sarjakortilta. Mikäli et pääsekkään tunnille, voit antaa paikan kaverille tai sovitusti siirtää varauksen toiselle tunnille.
