Healing isn’t linear. And it doesn’t always make sense. It moves in cycles - sometimes expansive, and other times you might feel like you’re stuck or going in circles. It can feel deeply connecting, but also surprisingly lonely. In nature, plants don’t grow in isolation. They receive light, exchange, and support each other within a shared environment. Inspired by this, photosynthesis - the process through which plants receive light, transform it, and release energy - this experience invites you into a living cycle of receiving, integrating, and expressing, one that includes rest, resistance, and renewal, just as much as growth. We’re offering this 3-hour experience as an activation into deep listening and a shared space where we bring together movement, sound, and voice into a restorative journey back to your raw essence - what healing really is all about.
