Fluid Flexibility Fluid Flexibility classes are yoga- and movement-based sessions that use flowing, dynamic patterns to build strength and increase flexibility. The focus is on controlled mobility rather than passive stretching, using muscle activation and visualization to expand your mobility in a way that feels purposeful. Each class focuses on different areas of the body — hips, hamstrings, spine, wherever you need more space — using continuous, rhythm-based movement inspired by body maintenance, dance, and yoga. It’s a great way to support your regular yoga practice, helping you feel more lightness, stability, and control in your asanas. Over time, you will visibly experience the difference in your flexibility. Many yogis say that a flexible body supports a flexible mind, which can be felt both on and off the mat. Every week comes with a new playlist to shift the mood and keep the practice fresh and inspiring.

Mikäli et pääsekkään tunnille, voit antaa paikan kaverille tai sovitusti siirtää varauksen toiselle tunnille.
