Somatic Dance | Sunday Church

Service Description

- Sunday 27.9.: WILD - Sunday 25.10.: INNER TIDES - Sunday 29.11.: DESIRE - Sunday 27.12.: PORTAL A two-hour journey into your body, your senses and your wild expression. A space to move beyond the thinking mind and into the intelligence of the body. To listen, feel, explore and let movement become a way of expressing what is alive in you. Each month has its own theme, soundscape and energy, woven together with intuitive guidance and music to invite you deeper into your own experience. Come shake things out. Move, play, release, feel. Take up space. Get curious. Let yourself be a little wild. There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right. Just an invitation to peel away a few layers, release what no longer needs to be held and tune into the part of you that knows how to move.
