Service Description

This is a 45 minute session in which you come and do your own practice, whether that’s moving through asanas, or simply meditating or practicing handstands for the whole time. Our teacher will be there to guide you through the beginning and end of class, so you won’t need to worry about time. During the session, our teacher will help adjust or stretch deeper into your asanas. You’ll also be able to ask for help with specific goals you might have. You do not need to be experienced at practicing alone, but we recommend you come with some prior experience of yoga, as this is not a guided class. We will however help you build your own practice if you’re not sure where to start from.

Cancellation Policy

Voit perua jooga- tai pilatestunnin veloituksetta viimeistään 12 h ennen tunnin alkua. Alle 12 h ennen tuntia perutuista tunneista / ilmoittamattomista poissaoloista voimme perua tunnin hinnan tai vähentää tämän sarjakortilta. Mikäli et pääsekkään tunnille, voit antaa paikan kaverille tai sovitusti siirtää varauksen toiselle tunnille.
