Pilates Juicy Open Level is a class that welcomes beginners, but also gives more experienced participants a chance to challenge their deep core muscles. The pace is kept suitable for everyone, allowing you to perform the movements with focus and get the full benefit from the workout – all while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The six principles of the traditional Pilates method are control, concentration, center (core) engagement, breathing, precision, and flow of movement. The Pilate’s classes at K17 Yoga are a modern and energetic class with the original principles and the intention of supporting healthy body alignment and core strength, helping to correct and prevent poor posture and injuries. Physical challenge: Medium Beginner friendly, also more experienced Pilates babes are welcome.
