Service Description

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and challenging form of yoga based on traditional Indian yoga practices. It is especially known for its sequential movement series, breath control, and focus. At K17 Yoga, the Ashtanga classes are guided by Olivia. The classes follow a modified version of the Primary Series, adapted to suit beginners while still offering a challenge for more experienced yogis. The sessions honor the traditions of Ashtanga yoga. Physical challenge: Medium / Hard Previous yoga experience is helpful, but beginners are also warmly welcome.

Voit perua jooga- tai pilatestunnin veloituksetta viimeistään 12 h ennen tunnin alkua. Alle 12 h ennen tuntia perutuista tunneista / ilmoittamattomista poissaoloista voimme perua tunnin hinnan tai vähentää tämän sarjakortilta. Mikäli et pääsekkään tunnille, voit antaa paikan kaverille tai sovitusti siirtää varauksen toiselle tunnille.
