Service Description

We begin with intention setting and guided journaling, creating a personal mantra to carry through the practice. We’ll briefly explore the ancient significance of the number 108, before moving into the heart of the experience: 108 Sun Salutations. This is a devotional and meditative challenge. There will be heat, sweat, patience, and determination - but we approach it with lightness, curiosity, and community. After the final round, we’ll release into freeing movement, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath to integrate the journey.
