YOGA FOUNDATIONS on Friday 20.3.: A Complete Beginner’s Guide to Starting Your Yoga Practice

Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Join us for a 3,5 hour beginner’s workshop and step into yoga with confidence.

Starting yoga can feel overwhelming — so many styles, so many postures, and not knowing what to expect in a class. That’s why we created Yoga Foundations, a complete beginner’s guide to stepping onto the mat with ease.


In this 3.5-hour workshop, you’ll experience gentle movement, breathwork, yoga philosophy, and a taste of the styles we offer at K17Yoga - from grounding Hatha to flowing Vinyasa, restful Yin, and creative embodied practices.


By the end, you’ll feel at home on the mat and ready to join any of our classes with confidence. And to help you start your journey, your ticket also includes a 3-class pass to use at our studio.



In this immersive workshop you’ll:

· Learn key yoga postures ( asana ) and how a flow is built

· ⁠Explore different yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Embodied practices)

· ⁠Discover the basics of yogic philosophy in a simple, experiential way

· Practice breathwork, how to work with your breath to deepen your yoga practice

· Be guided into relaxation and ways to calm and regulate your nervous system
